Over a 6 week timeframe, from workshops to the final interactive prototype, we were able to launch a platform that takes complex data and makes it easy to digest. A brand new humanized and personal digital platform experience for Walmart International's leadership.

— Lens has an internal NPS score of over 70
— 100% of Program Leaders and International Officers using the tool within the first 3 months of launch
— 80% Cohort Score of users returning week over week
“Drive higher alignment”
— Replaced 75% of current status update formats with the Lens Dashboard
— Reduced cycle time for program leads to receive feedback/help on issues facing their program
