My passion lies in humanizing and personalizing digital interactions. With 26 years of experience as a product designer, I have had the privilege of working with industry giants such as Google, Walmart, and Toyota. I specialize in creating design standards and fostering growth for both startups and well-established agencies. Throughout my career, I have consistently focused on crafting humanized and personal digital experiences.
As a product designer, my approach is deeply rooted in Design Thinking. This user-centered methodology involves empathizing with users, defining problems, ideating solutions, prototyping, and testing. It encourages creativity and iterative learning to arrive at the most effective solutions. I apply this approach to ensure that the products I design are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.
