Transferring knowledge and having increased levels of visibility is vital to any organization. The ability to tell a story that gathers information in a centralized place. Critical information that is highly accessible for team members to share that empowers and matches the pace of a changing business.

Thus, Campfire was conceptualized — A storytelling platform that creates a culture of sharing & connectivity. Creating thought partners within the organization to capture knowledge, enable talent agility, and honor the legacy of those before you.

Understanding people problems
In order to really understand what solutions could be provided, a 1-day engagement pre-sprint workshop was setup with key stakeholders. This sprint was focused on exploring and identifying product and process opportunities that challenge their business.

A primary goal of this pre-sprint was to unlock people problems directly from key stakeholders, provide purpose and objective alignment, actionable roadmap plans, and prototyping.

Utilizing the insights and identified problems, it was time to re-frame the issues into positioning statements. By doing so it would allow for those challenges to become opportunities for ideation of a prototype. This prototype would be used as a framework to grow, test, and research into a mvp.

Based on user feedback testing, it was necessary to refine the platform. The final prototype represented a humanized platform that focused on a shared culture & connectivity between the organization. That provides learning & development opportunities and new competencies for knowledge sharing.
